All music, recordings, artwork, cover art, photography, videos, text and logos on this site are owned by Nathan Etes and/or A1 Records (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved. Other artists' work and third-party names or trademarks belong to their owners.
What you may do
You may view the site, share links to it, and listen to or stream the music through the linked services. The press kit and one-sheet downloads may be used by media, venues and promoters to promote my work, with credit. Please don't edit the artwork or imply an endorsement.
What you may not do
Do not copy, sample, re-upload, sell or redistribute the music, artwork or text without written permission. Do not scrape or copy the site's content or media to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning or artificial intelligence models, or to generate imitations of my voice, music or artwork, without my written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or break the site or the contact form.
Contact form and messages
Messages you send should be lawful and your own. Sending a message does not create a contract, a booking, or any obligation for either of us. Please don't send demos or unsolicited material that you want to keep private or credit for; I can't guarantee a reply.
